KPMA is so excited to have stand up comedian Aaron Weber join us for our evening celebration event.  Aaron is on The Public Figures Podcast, produced by Nate Bargatze and Nateland Entertainment, is a regular at the world famous Grand Ole Opry, and headlines comedy clubs across the country.

If registered for the 100th Celebration evening event, make sure you arrive in time for the cocktail hour at 5:30 pm. We will have an amazing Silent Auction ready and waiting for bids. We will accept bids for most the evening and you can walk away with your auction prize!   You'll find an incredible selection of exclusive items—from rare pieces of industry history to coveted sports and entertainment memorabilia, luxurious travel packages and more. 

At the end of the evening festivities, guests will each walk away with our KPMA branded 100th Anniversary Bourbon, crafted by RD1, and will also receive a commemorative 100th coin to mark the occasion.  From start to finish this will be an event to remember.  Attire for both day and evening functions will be business attire, but pre-registration is required for each.

As we prepare to celebrate a century of KPMA, we need your help! Know a retired member, colleague, or industry friend who's part of our story? Send them here to share their contact info and get back on the list for all things 100-year celebration.  Please advise no later than April 28th  for consideration.  Let’s bring the whole KPMA family back together!

The KPMA housing block with our special rate has now ended at the Omni Louisville where our event is held. Please contact the hotel directly for availability.  The hotel has advised they are sold out on May 6th, but has good availability on the 7th.  To be put on a waiting list for the 6th, please email Jonna Jackson. 

Nearby properties include the Louisville Marriott Downtown, the Hyatt Regency Louisville, the Hotel Bourre Bonne Louisville (Hilton) and there are many more in the downtown area.

All parking at the Omni hotel is conducted by valet.  Parking is $45 plus tax per vehicle, per night. Valet rates are subject to change.  There are other parking garages nearby, should you wish to compare.  Any questions? Email us at kpma@kpma.org today.

Registration Rules & Policies

This is a KMPA member, approved alumni and invited guest event, space is limited.  All registrations are binding with fees due and payable at the time of purchase. Business attire requested for both events.  

If you choose to cancel the registration, or do not attend the event, the registration fee as dictated by this cancellation policy will remain due and is non-refundable.  If you incur a medical emergency, we will provide a full refund with a doctor note provided. 

Registration for this event will close Monday, May 4th at 5 pm EST and no onsite registrations will be available.

Visit iconic spots like Churchill Downs, the Louisville Slugger Museum, or the Muhammad Ali Center. There’s something for everyone, just make sure whatever you choose, that you are back in time for the celebration!
